Soo.. What is the meaning behind One Hundred?
I founded One Hundred Life Coaching & Consulting from a deeply personal place—because I know what it feels like to want more out of life while struggling with the internal battles that make showing up harder than it should be. Through my own journey of growth, I realized that success isn’t just about accomplishing more; it’s also about feeling aligned, fulfilled, and at peace with yourself along the way.
That’s why One Hundred exists. We’re here to support you in breaking through the mental and emotional barriers that make success feel out of reach, so you can create a path that feels right for you—not just one that looks good on the outside. Because real success isn’t just about what you achieve—it’s about how you experience the journey.
"One Hundred" is about showing up fully as yourself, embracing your strengths, and finding ways to work with your challenges instead of against them. Success isn’t one-size-fits-all, and it doesn’t have to come at the cost of your well-being. It’s personal, and it starts from within.
A bit more about me...
Born in Dallas, Texas, my journey didn’t just stop at personal realization. It has been filled with a blend of challenges and pivotal moments that deeply shaped the mission behind our work. Life has taken me through many highs and lows, each leaving behind valuable lessons that have profoundly influenced my approach to coaching.
There were times when I felt completely lost, questioning my worth and the direction of my life, feeling out of sync with my true potential. My turning point came unexpectedly during a seemingly mundane job delivering pizzas. It was during this time I realized that the peace I had been praying for would not come until I transformed my internal dialogue and stopped the battle I was waging against myself. This difficult realization became the catalyst for my profound transformation.
Driven by this moment of clarity, I set out on a journey of self-discovery and growth, which eventually led to the founding of One Hundred Life Coaching & Consulting in 2019.
As a certified life coach, my unique approach is deeply influenced by my personal experiences, including my journey with ADHD. I hold an associate's degree from Collin College in Plano, TX, and have continually broadened my understanding of human behavior and potential through ongoing education and acquiring multiple life coaching certifications across diverse areas of focus.
At One Hundred, we integrate all these experiences—the tough lessons, the victories, the breakthroughs and the education—to provide impactful tools and supportive coaching.
Today, my work extends beyond one-on-one coaching to include organizational coaching and public speaking. Each platform allows me to share insights and strategies that empower individuals and teams to lead more fulfilling and effective lives and careers.
